Refund Policy for Digi Digital Solution

1. Digital Services Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we have the following refund policy:
- All sales of digital services are final once work has begun
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered
- Partial refunds may be considered for prepaid unused services on a case-by-case basis
2. Subscription Services
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Services will continue until the end of the paid period
3. Website Development Projects
For custom website development projects:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work (non-refundable once work commences)
- If project is cancelled by client after approval of design mockups, deposit is forfeited
- If project is cancelled by client during development phase, client is responsible for 50% of remaining balance
4. SEO and Marketing Services
For SEO and ongoing marketing services:
- No refunds for work already performed
- Results are not guaranteed and timelines may vary
- May cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Submit your request in writing to info@digidigitalsolution.com
- Include your invoice number and reason for refund request
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5-7 business days after approval
- A 5% processing fee may apply to approved refunds
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are never eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations
- Third-party software licenses
- Stock photography/media purchases
- Completed design work
8. Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider:
- All services will be immediately suspended
- You will be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred
- Future service may be denied until dispute is resolved

We may update this refund policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page.
